Just Dance!!!

Ava has really been into dancing lately. It started in early October. Anytime I would say the word "dance" or start singing the Yo Gabba Gabba 'Dance' song she would just dance. Well actually she usually just spins to make herself dizzy. The funniest is to watch her eyes when she spins.

Ava is eating much better but still likes to be distracted in order to eat. She really likes when we sing Itsy Bitsy Spider together.

November Fun So Far

So last weekend we went to the Peanut Festival down in Dothan, AL. It proved to be a lot of fun. I couldn't believe the festival lasted an entire week. We ventured down on Saturday and stayed until Ava was tired out. As we were leaving there were still cars lined up miles down the road to come in.

Daddy took Ava on an elephant ride. That's right, they had elephants in south Alabama :)

Saturday afternoon we took Ava to see Santa as he came via helicopter :)

She did not like Santa.

No offense Santa. She still wants presents:)

Saturday night we road through a neighborhood full of Christmas lights.

It's pretty fun living in a helicopter town.

Sunday she sported a Bailey Boys outfit Bee got her.

She kept pointing to the doggy on her shirt.

She looks so cute in it.

She loves doggies.

Halloween Princess!

Well, despite the cold and rainy weather, we started out the day going to our neighborhood block party. Ava loved mingling with all the kids.
So since it was so cold Ava couldn't wear her original princess pajamas under her tu-tu. So I put her fleece princess pajamas on over them. Put her tu-tu on, hairbow, and gave her a wand and she was ready to go.

She was so cute and had such a good time. At one point I caught her eating a butterfinger that she had been holding. I do not know how she got it open. Thank goodness we knew the people that had given it to her or I would have freaked.

She caught on fast and every time we'd go to the door she would drop her wand and hold out her hands for candy. Hilarious.

Then as soon they gave her the candy she'd turn and walk away, leaving me and her wand behind.

Pumpkin Patch!

On Sunday, we headed to Aplin Farms pumpkin patch in Vince's new truck.

Gold Rush 2009

So last weekend we headed up to Dahlonega, GA to go to Gold Rush. It was so much fun to hang out with our college buddies. I definately wish that we lived closer to Lacey so our little girls could play together more often. We spent the night at Lacey's and had so much fun on Saturday, that we spent another day at Gold Rush on Sunday. We didn't get back to Alabama until midnight Sunday night.
